halloren kugeln
Halloren Balls (German original: Halloren Kugeln). Three boxes. I bought them on the same day as the Halloren Pralines de Maitre Paul.
The three varieties I chose were the Irish Cream, the Whipped Cream & Cocoa and the Choco & Rum. The Irish Cream balls are covered in milk chocolate, while the other two are covered in dark chocolate.
The Irish Cream balls were also the best looking ones, the other two varieties were covered in bloom. However, my favourites were the ones covered in dark chocolate, especially the Choco & Rum ones.
Ingredients:
» Irish Cream: sugar, whole milk powder, water glucose syrup, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, butter, whiskey 1.1%, alcohol, cream, invertase, acid: citric acid, flavouring, Irish Cream liqueur 0.2%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, whey product, milk protein, colouring: caramel; chocolate: min. 30% cocoa solids; manufactured in a company which processes almonds, nuts and cereal products.
» Whipped Cream & Cocoa: sugar, chocolate 20% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavour: vanillin), whole milk powder 9.3%, glucose syrup, water, butter 4.3%, cocoa powder 2.4%, invert sugar syrup, humectant: invertase, acid: citric acid, flavouring; bittersweet chocolate: min. 60% cocoa solids; manufactured in a company which processes almonds, nuts and cereal products.
» Choco & Rum: sugar, bittersweet chocolate 20% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavour: vanillin), whole milk powder, glucose syrup, water, butter, cocoa powder 2.8%, rum 1.9%, invert sugar syrup, humectant: invertase, acid: citric acid, flavouring; bittersweet chocolate: min. 60% cocoa solids; manufactured in a company which processes almonds, nuts and cereal products.
Storage: keep cool and dry.
