kaufland katy biscuits & wafer
Katy. That Kaufland owned brand again? Yes, I boughts lots of sweets that day. Today, two types of biscuits (Cocoa Biscuits with Cocoa Cream and Cocoa-Coated Biscuits with Cocoa Cream... I know, similar names for two very different products) and one wafer - Wafer with Chocolate Cream Partially Covered in Cocoa Cream.
I was unsure about the first box of biscuits. Many times I've bought such biscuits and the cream turned out to be so greasy it almost made me sick. And the picture on the box made them look just like those biscuits with greasy cream. I got lucky. The cream was actually fine, what my taste buds were less than delighted about were the cocoa biscuits. Things got a little better with the second box of biscuits. The cocoa cream and coating were rather fine. However, I felt that the biscuits were a little too dry for me. This box of biscuits reminded me of the Karmela biscuits. The wafer was what I liked best out of these three. It had a pleasant taste. However, I wished they had covered it completely in that cocoa cream.

» Cocoa-Coated Biscuits with Cocoa Cream: cocoa frosting 34% (sugar, vegetable oil, cocoa powder 3%, whole milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin E322, artificial flavouring), wheat flour,vegetable fat, sugar, whey powder, corn starch, egg mixture, leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate E503b & sodium bicarbonate E500b, emulsifier: soya lecithin E322; may contain traces of nuts.
» Wafer with Chocolate Cream Partially Covered in Cocoa Cream: filling 69%(hydrogenated vegetable oil, sugar, whey powder, chocolate powder 10% (cocoa powder: cocoa solids min. 64%, sugar), emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavour, ethylvanillin), wafer 21% (wheat flour, hydrogenated vegetable oil, emulsifier: soya lecithin, leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt), cocoa frosting 10% (sugar, solid vegetable oil, low fat cocoa powder min. 18%, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavour, emulsifier: ? - I cannot read that in Romanian let alone translate it); may contain traces of nuts.
